IAFC has arranged for a block of discounted hotel rooms for Fire-Rescue International 2025 through Maritz Global Events, the official housing provider for FRI 2025. Maritz is the only company authorized by the International Association of Fire Chiefs to manage housing for FRI 2025. Once you have registered for the conference, you will be automatically directed to the housing page.

Hotel reservations will be confirmed at the below rates until July 17, 2025 or until sold out, whichever occurs first. After July 17, hotel rates are at the discretion of the hotels. A limited number of government per diem rated rooms will be available during the hotel reservation process on a first-come, first-served basis.
