2026 EXHIBIT SCHEDULE & ACCESS

Show hours are changing! By popular demand from many exhibitors, we are keeping the hall open until 6 pm on Thursday with an extended Expo Hall Happy Hour, but when the show closes at 6 pm, exhibitors can start move-out!

Conference sessions will continue on Friday with our general session and valuable officer development curriculum, but exhibitors can continue move-out on Friday morning and get home for the weekend!

Move-Out

	12:00 PM	Exhibit Hall Closes, All Exhibitors MUST be cleared out.

Exhibit Hall Access

Exhibitors and EACs (Exhibitor Appointed Contractors) have access to the exhibit hall with their Badges or Wrist Bands.
On show days they may access the hall 1 hour before the exhibit hall opens and 30 minutes after the hall closes each day.
EACs must have completed the EAC form and provided compliant certificate of insurance before they will be permitted into the Exhibit Hall.
Sat. & Sun., Aug. 8-9 - (Apparatus/Vehicle Move-In Only)
- Exhibitors with Apparatus/Vehicle in booths may begin set-up.
- Priority for carpet and electrical to be in prior to apparatus move-in.
- Specific times to be provided approximately 2 weeks before move-in to all companies that submitted the Vehicle Request Form.
Wed., Aug. 12
- Exhibitors must be set by 10:00 AM.
- Exhibitors may continue working on their booth after 10:00 AM but MUST keep the aisles clear.
Thur. & Fri., Aug. 13-14 – Move-Out
- DO NOT begin packing or dismantling your booth prior to 6:00 PM.
- Apparatus will exit first, empty return and POV dock access will begin around 8:00 PM.
