Priority space selection for FRI 2026 has started and we will be notifying all companies that submitted their appointment request of their appointment times by the end of the day on Wednesday, Sept. 10. 2025 GEM partners will begin selecting space on Monday, Sept. 8, all other companies will be assigned appointments between Tuesday, Sept. 16 and Thursday, Sept. 18. After priority selection, booth selection will be open to all industry companies that wish to exhibit beginning Sept. 29.
Booth Selection Appointments

Appointment details via email by Sept. 10 for booth space selection based on FRI Priority Points order (details below). All details will be emailed prior to the appointment. Should an exhibitor miss their appointment, they can contact IAFC exhibits or reserve a booth online, please note space selection will continue.
Appointment Format Options
Each exhibitor has 10 min to select a booth by a Phone Consult (via Zoom) or via the Online Contract (personalized Booking Code required and provided via email). Exhibitors must complete the Appointment Preference Form to let us know which option you plan to utilize. This is needed to ensure staff is available at the time of all appointments. You may change your preference at any time.
