APPARATUS/VEHICLE INFO

Any exhibitors that will have an apparatus or vehicle at FRI 2025 must review this information before move-in begins August 11. We will be following a target move-in schedule. Target move-in times will be emailed to exhibitors by The Expo Group about 2 weeks prior to the show. Display Details

You MUST submit a Display Form.
If you need to utilize the wash station complete the Wash Station Request Form.
You MUST have floor covering INSTALLED PRIOR to moving your vehicle in. Floor covering options:

Order carpet or plastic visqueen through The Expo Group (Exhibitor Service Manual)
Utilize your own EAC to install carpet prior to move-in for vehicles
Installing own carpet or plastic visqueen prior to move-in for vehicles

Please make sure you fill out the Apparatus/Vehicle Display Form prior to July 8, 2025. Failure to fill out this form may result in delays moving your apparatus or vehicle onto the exhibit hall floor.

Orlando Guidelines

Automobiles, trucks, boats, tractors, machinery and other motor vehicles utilizing flammable fuels, which are placed on display inside any building, shall have no more than five (5) gallons of fuel, or one-fourth (1/4) of a tank, whichever is less. All fuel tanks shall be locked or effectively sealed, and battery cables shall be disconnected from the ignition system. Ignition keys for vehicles on display shall be kept by a responsible person at the display location for removal of such vehicles from the building in the event of an emergency. Any vehicles requiring battery power for demonstration must use an auxiliary power source.

Convention Center Access

All apparatus/vehicles must enter the Convention Center via the West Exhibit Hall B-C Loading Docks. Access to the docks is located off of W Entrance Drive. A map is provided below. The West Dock docks are highlighted in Green.
